The local market has settled into a more balanced pace
Buyers have more choice than a year ago
Well-priced, well-presented homes are still selling
I’ve included a short video above with my latest thoughts on the local market as we head into spring. The pace has changed, but opportunities remain for both buyers and sellers who approach things thoughtfully.
For buyers, this is actually a more comfortable environment. There’s more choice, less urgency and room for thoughtful decisions. I’m seeing renewed interest from people who paused last year and are now re-engaging as conditions stabilize.
For sellers, the key right now is strategy. Presentation, pricing and timing matter more than they did during the peak years.
Homes that are positioned correctly are getting attention and results. The market is rewarding realism.
