The marketing presentations attached shows a very brief outline of how we market your home to sell your home. It is a process, starting with preparing your home for the market including staging, some minor repairs if necessary etc. Then your home is photographed and prepared for the actual market, including open houses, broker/agents appts. to the point where an offer is made. There are many steps leading up to this moment and I would be happy to discuss them with you in length.
We have provided a short and brief introduction and marketing outline, but we always go into much more detail when sitting with the client to discuss marketing and selling their home.
