However if you live in CDD 9, there will be a 10 percent decreased, if you live in CDD 4 there will be a 20percent increase and if you live in CDD 13 there will be a six percent increase. Sales continue to move forward, 36 homes were put into escrow last week and 33 closed escrow. This is a good sign, people are purchasing and our inventory is actually low, we have about a 2-3 month supply of homes on the market and in a normal market this would be around 5-6 months, our current inventory in The Villages is approx. 356 plus The Villages Developer with around 456 homes for sale.
