This is a good sign, people are purchasing and our inventory is actually low, we have about a 2-3 month supply of homes on the market and in a normal market this would be around 5-6 months, our current inventory in The Villages is approx. 356 plus The Villages Developer with around 456 homes for sale.
Florida is still the #1 destination spot for visitors and spring break in the US today

This is a good sign, people are purchasing and our inventory is actually low, we have about a 2-3 month supply of homes on the market and in a normal market this would be around 5-6 months, our current inventory in The Villages is approx. 351 plus The Villages Developer with around 456 homes for sale.
