The Process Of Listing and Selling your Home

 Selling a home is not an easy process, from the initial stages of preparing the property for the market to finally selling the home to some one else.
The Steps are usually managed by a good real estate agent and include but are not limited to:
a.  Signing a listing contract and preparing the home for the market, including staging, small repairs etc.
b.  Putting the home on the market, by this point the agent usually has taken pics and a video of the property, showing instructions are agreed upon and the property is ready for buyers.
c.  Receiving an offer and negotiating towards the sale.
